Lump/Duct in Breast.
Dear doctor,
I am a new mom of 1 n half month old baby girl. I breastfeed my baby and from last 20 days I m there is hard lump/duct in my left breast. I m trying to pump out milk and after that that duct/lump shrinks but after few hours it gets harder and bigger. Pls suggest me what should I do.

Keep yourself cool.Avoid spicy diet, fermented foods, pickle,curd etc,chicken ,fish.
