  4. Lump in throat. Burbning. please help!

Lump in throat
Lump in left side of my throat. Lump is soft and not painful. But sometimes having a left side neck and ear pain. Also feeling of small hard stones in throat. Please help I am tensed if its a cancer. . Yes I am a smoker. Smoking 10 cigs per day. .  It all started with acid reflux. I took medication now I have no heart burns. But a lot of abnormal burbning. Please help
