Lump inside stomach and constipation
I feel like lump inside my upper stomach. Difficulty in passing stool and pass few stools. My weight has increased and i have bloated stomach and puffy face. What cause this? Two years earlier i under went a surgery to remove my womb. Does it have connection with this stomach problem?

sounds like you have gastritis. you could get an ultrasound abdomen to check your stomach lining and morphology. its best if you get a full body check up including thyroid, sugars, liver and kidney, lipid profile.
