Lump like below the tongue
2 days a noticed a lump like below the tongue, no pain I can feel a lump when I touch, image attaced. It's not red in colour n look normally only when we touch we can make out there is a small lump kind. Kindly advise

Hi. It looks like ranula,fluid filled swelling due to obstruct of minor salivary glands . It requires physical examination and evaluation Don't panic
