Lump near testicles

Hi Doctor From last one week I've been feeling some light pimple like pain near the skin of the testicles, not on testicles, it is on the starting upper portion of the testicles skin It feels like it is lump with 3mm length So Doctor suggest me good medicine and some ontiments for a cure.
