Will need a picture with clean shave to locate the lump. An ultrasound can be done to get an idea what it could be. Treatment can be decided according to report
Next Steps
In clinic or online consult

If its small in size and not increasing since 3 yrs nothing to be worried could be lipoma. Get one USG NECK done once to reconfirm and see nearby ENT with report
