Its may be enlarged lymph node as per your given information I can assume in medical language ,
Second most important thing swollen lymph nodes occurs in many conditions from normal to serious , in infection ,cancer ,blockage in lymphatic system,fever many more...so without examination detailed history commenting very difficult so consult doctor for early diagnosis and recovery
