Sir,my friend hit me on my penis and aftera day i saw a lump near my left testis.Their is no pain but only the looseness in scrotum.I saw on the internet about this some sites are saying its not a point to worry it will be cured automatically while the other ones are giving horrifying replies...Please suggest something sir..I am in a great confusio
