  4. Lump on left size of vagina. Very dry.

For a while I have had an itch on one size of my vagina (the skin just at the opening) I was prescribed hydrocortisone cream for this, however it only relieved the itch. I have now noticed a pea sized lump in this same area. The skin looks a different colour and it feels very dry.
