Lump type thing in foreskin
I dont know what is this but it is there since 10-12 years, i noticed it first when i was 10 and now i am almost 23 and its still there. Size hasn't changed, no pain while touching, no irritation. Its same as it was when i first saw this thing . Is there anything to worry? Earlier i consulted with a dermatologist but the doctor only looked at images and said if it isnt paining or growing then there is nothing to worry. It is on the inner side of foreskin.

It can be due to skin growth or papular lesion under skin ..
Usually nothing serious as it's not growing from many years
