Lung problem breathing
My chest x ray shows pleural effusion. I cant sleep at nights. My breathing is very very fast. And it gets worst at night for last 7 months wats the treatment

Need to do off thoracocentesis and analyse to find out the cause of the effusion. Also if causing breathlessness, need to tap off the fluid for relief
