LVEF 38% , How it can be increased.please mention Diet and other precautions. What extra treatment is required

It seems you had an heart attack, for which thrombosuction was done. When a person has heart attack then some part of heart muscle gets damaged temporarily or permanent.that is why your LVEF is low 38%. If intervention was done timely with in 4-6 hours of your symptoms, in all probability your LVEF will bounce back to normal in 6 weeks to 6 months with proper medicines and excercise.
