It seems you had an heart attack, for which thrombosuction was done. When a person has heart attack then some part of heart muscle gets damaged temporarily or permanent.that is why your LVEF is low 38%. If intervention was done timely with in 4-6 hours  of your symptoms, in all probability your LVEF will bounce back to normal in 6 weeks to 6 months with proper medicines and excercise.

Wt should be reduced Salt restriction is very important If your bP permits and renal parameters ok you can be added carbs like telmisartan tablets Regular graded monitored physiotherapy will help to increase functional capacity
