Lvef is not improving
I have a heart attack on 26th of aprail 2018 and my lvef is struck on 25% since then its been 6 months and no improvement please tell me what to do do i need a pacemaker

Probably the myocardium is infarcted that's why it's not increasing. Did u get stenting done?. AICD is needed for u
