Do prominent sized Mesenteric lymph nodes are of concern in absence of fever or abdomen pain? I dont want to go for invasive FNAC but worried if these nodes turn to cancer!?

Mesenteric nodes are sign of infection most likely. Can get tested for tuberculosis or take a course of antibiotics and repeat with CECT.
