One of my relative was diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis and she has been undergoing medication since then. ESR rate taken during Jun first week is 75mm/hr. During a regular check up now in Aug ESR rate is 38 mm / half hour, which means ESR rate is still the same even after the medication. Is this something to worry about ? How do I know that the treatment is going in the right path. Thanks
