Maladaptive daydreaming or schizophrenia
I spend a lot of time in maladaptive daydreaming.. i dont have any other illness nor psychosis ...can we consider a person schizophrenic who is chronically involved in maladaptive daydreaming or other fantasy world ...but i know the difference between reallity and imagination...dont u think daydreaming should be in dsm ? Millions are suffering from this symptom as u can see at mental health Support groups ...so is there any effective medication just for fantasy or day dreaming ? Some suggest fluvoxamine , what is your opinion ?
