Your sperm count is Normal. Previously the sperm count was said to be normal when the lower limit was 60-120 million. But nowadays due to world wide fall in sperm counts, the WHO has set the normal lower limit as 20-120 million per ml . So if by 30 you mean 30 million then its normal. To call a semen analysis normal one must have liquefaction withing 30 minutes, positive fructose test, more than 50% motility of excellent and forward progressive movements ( grade 3, 4 as per old parameter ), also the percentage of abnormal sperms must be less than 45% and it should not have any excess pus cells or red blood cells.
Next Steps
If you are married and you have done the test based on a doctors recommendation, it's okay, but if you have done on your own,to know your fertility, then you must not worry.
