  4. Marks on thumb nails. Any deficiency?

From last few weeks I found this Mark. Tell what is happening?? It was not there before shift in to Hyderabad. I have shifted to Hyderabad 6 months back. Regarding food I am taking everything. Is I have any deficiency?
