I am having Mascular Pain in beck side of neck. Due to that when I am doing movement it is  paining.

Use ice pack and use a small towel roll under the neck. Correct your posture and try to avoid forward bending. Use isometric exercises.

Use ice pack to control pain and check your pillow if it too heavy replace it with medium size pillow but don't avoid using pillow..chk your posture..
