Masturbation
I masturbate 1-2 times in a day and I have recently developed this mental pressure whenever I am with my girlfriend that I might not get an erection. Due to which I have left her disappointed on some occasions as the penis does not get tight enough to do the job. However when I masturabate, the erection is good. Is it because I masturbate too much or is it just in the mind? I hope it's not ED or is it? It has never happened before in 10 years being sexually active. I was pretty much ready all the time. It's just that lately I am feeling performance pressure. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You may be able to have good erections while masturbation, however while intercourse you may face difficulties. I would need to explore any fault with the masturbation technique here. Masturbation per say may not be harmful. But an improper masturbating techniques can cause such an issue. Use of pornography while masturbating is an important risk factor. Anxiety issue must also be explored in detail. I would suggest you to consult with a sexologist.
