I am not sure if an intervention like that of hypnotherapy can help you come out of your situation  of compulsive masturbation (since it seems to be worrying you). Masturbation is no longer considered to be undesirable or harmful, if it is not affecting the person's regular, normal life. I feel it will be worthwhile for you to meet a psychologist and discuss your issues to understand if you really need any therapy to deal with your current obsession with masturbation.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychologist.

Health Tips
Here are some suggestions to help you stop the habit of excessive masturbation: Understand the root cause: Identify why you are masturbating excessively. Are you experiencing stress, boredom, or anxiety? Are there any underlying emotional or psychological issues that need to be addressed? Understanding the root cause can help you find effective solutions. Find alternative activities: Engage in other activities that can help you redirect your attention away from masturbation. This can include exercise, hobbies, socializing, or reading. Practice self-control: Try to resist the urge to masturbate by using self-control techniques such as deep breathing, mindfulness, or focusing on something else. Create a support system: Surround yourself with supportive friends and family members who can provide you with encouragement and accountability as you work to overcome this habit. Seek professional help: If you are unable to stop the habit on your own, consider seeking help from a psychologist or counselor, we can provide you with additional strategies and support.
