May be it's reflux
My 4 month baby is very fussy since 1 month . He used to cough after feed,want to keep him upright , arc his back after feed, there is no spit up.. doc prescribed him rantac n lenzol junior ..but whenever I gave these med to my lo he is ok otherwise he is again cranky.. wat to do.. there is my side-effect or shall I go to homeopath

Just only feed your milk. No top feeding.
Can try gastica drop 1 ml throce a day.burp well after evry feed
