It appears - from the history that you have provided here that she might be suffering from some form of psychotic disorder but again can't really diagnose based on this much history. Please feel free to visit my clinic with her for complete assessment and diagnosis so that she can be started on treatment thereafter.

Dear mam I can imagine it must be a difficult time for you and your family. Suspiciousness, withdrawn behavior, aggression can all be signs that she is suffering from serious mental health disorder like psychosis. Psychosis can be treated effectively with medications. I will recommend that you consult a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management. A delay in treatment may further worsen her state of mind. Please feel free to contact me for further help. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra
