I've been having problem with perfumes and other smells and some other random unknown factors for about 12 years. These things make me sneeze a lot and give me runny nose. If I continue to inhale the smell it makes me sneeze continuously, even after some minutes I got so sick that I have to lie down and cover my nose and wait for hours to feel normal.

As per your description,this condition is called allergic rhinitis..which aggravates in exposure to perfumes.. avoid known allergens..dusts and pollution.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
