I have small rashes throughout my whole body specially at the back with fever and small lump on both side of lower portion of my head What can I do now???

Probably u r suffering from chicken pox..Need to see.... Do direct online consultation  by sending photos, otherwise meet me at my clinic, for accurate diagnosis and treatment
