Mediastinal lymph node tb
My husband has  mediastinal lymph node tb reports attached. Completed 6 months of medicine. Node size was 7cm×3cm. Gained 9kg during this time. Previously had fever now no fever cough is less than before. But even after 6 months of treatment he is still having cough like 30 times daily ( i count each nd every cough). Is there any possibility of cancer doctor? As his cough is still not resolving fully.

Cancer unlikely. The biopsy is suggestive of TB. And for the cough might need a detailed history and examination.

In the test it is positive for Tb.As the symptoms, have improved, nothing to worry. The gland will slowly regress in size, even though, the course is completed, hence cough.pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
