Hi ,
I have genuinely been going through depression from last few years , but now it's really started affecting my overall health. I couldn't concentrate on my work and hence I need a medical certificate for depression so that I can get a break from my work.
As there any psychiatrist who can provide me the medical certificate after diagnosis?

You need to apply it to your treating psychiatrist. For the certificate citing the reason. Usually the psychiatrist will observe you for three to six months. If needed, they will do psychological assessment methods, blood test. Brain scans. And once they are convinced that you are suffering from a depressive disorder, they may issue the certificate for the same. Good luck.
