There will be slight discomfort for a few days till the stitches are there. Avoid hot and spicy food. Have cool and soft diet. Take an anti inflammatory like Combiflam if you have pain

First of all while you are already under treatment/ consultation / observation of a doctor, do not go for multiple opinions at same time. Secondly it is very normal to have mild to moderate pain and discomfort / difficulty in stretching cheeks or opening mouth for 5-7 days after incisional/ excisional biopsy, that too when suture was necessary and given. You need to have patience as your symptoms are absolutely normal in the course of healing. Gradually after suture removal all these will be relieved and in case of any query contact /visit your doctor.
Next Steps
Visit your consultant doctor.
Health Tips
Warm light (non forceful) saline mouth rinse 2-3times daily till after suture removal.

Hello... Medicines would have been prescribed by the doctor who took the biopsy specimen. Did you take the complete dosage? If you haven't then you are advised to finish the course. Medicines cannot be prescribed without seeing the case. It might be infected. I don't even know which medicine you have been taking since Wednesday. So cannot prescribe any drug for the same
Next Steps
consult the same doctor for the same
Health Tips
Luke warm salt water gaurgle ice pack on pain avoid hot and spicy diet. switch on to semisolid food and cold fluids. donot spit forcefully. try opening your jaw even if it is painful. practice opening little by little
