I have just check my glucose level My fasting sugar is 160 and after lunch 268 my familly doctor suggested me for taking glycomite tablets. Can I take it ?

Hello...  You have  to take it..  Your sugar level  is very  high.. Dietary restriction should  be followed...  Avoid having high carbohydrates containing foods... Have more of fibre containing food..  Don't  miss  tabllrt, take it regularly and check your blood sugar level often....
