Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have some nerve muscle spasm or some pain At my back... From some days i visited to my doctor he is famous in the city .. He gives me.. NSAIDS zupar tab.. And also he gives cefixine azithromycin and lactobacillus combination medicine... I want to know why he prescripe this combimatiom for back pain... ???
