Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I need clarification about 4th medical prescription(Prescription which is mentioned at number 4) which is mentioned over slip which I have attached here. And for what purpose it is used , is there any other alternative of it as I did not find it on medical stores near me?

Zyaqua cleanser is an alternate .
You can clean your lid margins using sodium bicarbonate solution as well. This can be prepared using sodium bicarbonate about 2g dissolved in 20-30 ml lukewarm water.
This is quite helpful in cleaning greasy lid margins.

Alternative to lid scrubs is Eye hygiene with baby shampoo (Take on tip of your index finger any baby shampoo say Johnson baby shampoo or Himalaya baby shampoo , wet your eyes and gently rub the shampoo with your finger on closed eyes for 15 seconds and thoroughly wash off with water)

It is a lid scrub given for lid hygiene...if u cannot get it.use any baby shampoo 1drop with a drop of water n use it to clean ur eyelashes 2times a ay
