Hi, don't take mahlakshmi vilas ras with allopathic med ,either complete ur course of these med.then start ayu. med. Or u can start ayu med., They r quite effective and can solve ur problems. Can contact online through practo. M in Delhi. Can meet personally.

1st who told you to use Mahalaxmi Vilas Ras. 2nd which one, it's classical reference are also different if it is prescribed it's okay. But if you are taking it of your own you it's really not good. 3rd What sort of respiratory tract infection you have, again not mentioned.

Maha Laxmi Vilas Ras is not basically meant to be taken for respiratory infections. It contains heavy metals so is best to be taken under medical supervision only.

You try either allopathy or ayurveda. Ayurveda have very good medicines for this.
