Medicine side-effects
My doctor prescribed medicine for my mental health but i m afraid i should follow the prescription or not. Any side effects of such medicine. I hv less sleep n anxiety issue. Confidence going low day by day.

You have not mentioned medicine details. If you doctor is qualified Psychiatrist, he or she might have informed you about initial or long term side effects of prescribed medicines. Usually Anti anxiety or antidepressants don’t have long term side effects.

If your doctor is a qualified psychiatrist please follow his instructions and believe in him. Ask questions to him about any potential side effects of medications he prescribed and check risk benefit ratio. Also check yourself that can you stay like this? If you don't take a step to come out of this condition it may worsen. You need to take a action to come out of this situation of yours. All the best
