Can melatonin 10mg every night 30 minutes  before bed give us continous sleep for eight hours without us waking up in the middle of the night?

Do not take it without consulting and 10 mg dose of melatonin is normal. Dose more than 10 mg should not be taken. 10 mg of melatonin 30 mins to 1 hour before bedtime is helpful and is effective upto 4 to 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep and should be taken as prescribed
