  4. MENIRES DISEASE. Can you please help?

MENIRES DISEASE
I have been diagonised with Menieres Disease Since Feb 2021 having Vertizen 16mg twice a day i have Tinitus in left year from last 15 days i have been taking Absolute 3g tablets as when i take Absoulte 3g + Vertizen 16 mg i feel completely fine as when i stop both of these i feel as if i am no where on this planet and feel irritated can you please help
