I hve missed period since 1 week preganacy test done twice and both were negative i really dont want to pregnanat. please suggest what to do and why my period is not coming

In urine no pregnancy then do Bhcg it's more confirmatory.Result is negative take tablet for withdrawal after meeting to gynaecologist.
