Sir/mam..after accidental death of my father..i do unwanted weird things like looking around frequently..thoughts like some one will inject me blood with hiv run in my mind and i lock my self in room and being scared all time by looking around..for an ex:i check my toilet at night 2 times before sleep without reason..

You definitely need to visit the Psychiatrist as you need medication as a first thing to tackle your anxiety and compulsive disorder....post that take sessions with a therapist to help you get rid of this fear completely
