I stop feeling good even If i like that person.Although I like to spend time with my friends. I stress a lot. I see the symptoms on google and panic a lot, even I don't have that condition. And I overthink a lot which messes up with my health. What is this condition?

Hi First of all relax....reading across your issues the first thing i thought i need to tell you is do not scroll through google to identify your conditions as the matter given is actually a generalized overview and may vary from person to person as there are at times many co morbidities attached and overlapping of symptoms may differ from the conditions mentioned where and what you are reading. Secondly you have personality issues and moreover anxiety and stress are worsening them. There maybe many issues from the past or your family conditions your childhood environment which you think maybe irrelevant but only a counsellor /therapist would be able to analyse and help you overcome them. So please try getting professional help and help yourself to overcome these issues. You need not over think or overanalyse every situation as they cause more stress and confusion. Yoi
Next Steps
1.you need to try and spend time with those whom you like to be with. 2. Stop focussing on what will happen rather focus on what you are trying to do inorder to overcome the problems. 3. learn to let go and go with the flow in situations of stress. 4. whatever be the situation always remember panic and stress is not the solution ....and try reminding yourself about your strengths and face the situation with courage. You may also contact me on practo and take online sessions .
Health Tips
1. Try practising Anlom vilom pranayaam....ie. deep breathing and just focussing on your breath for 2 to 3 mins daily in the mrng and before going to bed 2. No use of gadgets before half an hour of going to bed. 3. write down your strengths and limitations . 4. Try writing down your daily journal of activities and plan your day. 5. Talk to your friends and participate in discussions trying to keep your point. 6. Maintain a healthy lifestyle of eating and exercising. 7. look up for opportunities for online jobs suiting your profile. 8.And moreover most importantly keep a positive attitude and think about your efforts and achievements put up so far in life rather than thinking that you have not achieved anything

Headache is the most common problem individuals suffer from, mostly as it might be triggered by some stressors, if not a neurological condition. Difficult to answer your question without knowing much about your background and other vital information like, since when you are experiencing such issues.. whether there is any triggering factor or not. Diagnosing a condition is just an initial part of the treatment process and qualified  clinicians do this so as to decide the treatment plan of the individual and if necessary so as to decide if certain kind of medication is necessary or not. Self diagnosis can be dangerous as well,  without adequate knowledge and experience. These days we have a lot of information on the internet but there are many factors which need to be considered as well, without which individuals might end up panicking regarding oneself. If you feel you are having some difficulties which you are not being able to tackle, the best thing you can do is seek consultation with a registered mental health professional: psychiatrist/ clinical psychologist. Now during this phase of lock down you can also seek tele consultation sessions as well. These are hourly sessions which start off with detailed history taking of the individual , learning about one's background, possible factors responsible for symptom formation and before the closure of the session you would be briefed as to why you are facing these problems and if necessary, a diagnosis can also be provided. But a diagnosis does not mean being tabooed having a mental health condition. All I can understand from the information you have provided is that you are under some stress which you are unable to cope using your existing resources; going low on self confidence and becoming anxious, specifically regarding your health- a lot of overthinking is taking a toll on your system. So psychotherapy is a very good option for you. In the course you might develop an insight regarding yourself and your difficulties as well hence regaining back your confidence and normal functioning. Take care and trust me, you neee to stop looking over the internet to find out what is wrong with you. A mental health professional would guide you better. Good luck and stay safe.
Next Steps
Seek teleconsultation with a clinical psychologist/ psychotherapist/ psychiatrist
Health Tips
DO NOT google for your symptoms. You will end up becoming more anxious and stressed.

Hi, Long term stress and unexpressed emotions can cause such symptoms and behavior. Anxiety is a very common part of our life. We should know how to deal with it and learn coping skills. Many a times anxiety keeps us motivated and makes us to accomplish lot of work, at the same time anxiety can also cause lot of worries and lead to unnecessary overthinking, restlessness, irritability and anger issues. If symptoms and negative thoughts continue for longer duration of time then it starts disturbing a routine Which can lead to sleep disturbances, low confidence, low self esteem continuous negative thoughts, constant worrying. No human is perfect hence we all have our own limitations and these limitations can be different for different people. Maybe you are a sensitive personality. Sensitive personality may have less tolerance to face emotional stresses. Hence they might suffer lot of discomfort during these emotional stressful conditions like the symptoms which I mentioned earlier like sleep disturbances, restlessness anxiety, irritability, lack of concentration difficulty in memory and unnecessary and overthinking

I understand your predicament and would like to make a few suggestions that might help you. I want you to know that with awareness of how the mind works and how thoughts are generated, you will get better at dealing with them. Today, the mind is fixated on something. Tomorrow it could be obsessed about another person/event/topic. Understanding the nature of the mind and how thoughts are generated will help you deal with them. The nature of the Mind, which in simple terms we experience as thoughts, is such that, it will keep shifting its focus from one object/topic/event to another. Ii always needs something to hold on to. Another important characteristic of the Mind is this - You will either have thoughts about the past or the future. This will keep alternating. Try thinking about the present moment - you will see that the Mind and 'Now' can never coexist. The Mind has 3 states in general. Sometimes, you may find yourself having very positive, inspiring thoughts. During other times, you may find yourself very emotional, or all charged for action. Whereas during other times, you may feel very lethargic, dull or lazy. These states will keep alternating. Having understood the nature of the mind, the first step towards mental health is to become aware of your thoughts. Learning to be an observer of your thoughts, learning to observe them from a distance like clouds passing in the sky. The next step is knowing that you have the power to choose which thought you wish to focus on and act on and exercising that power. With practice, you will have better mastery over this process. Having negative thoughts is something that plagues everybody from time to time. Trust me, even if everything was perfect, you will still find some shortcomings somewhere and brood about it. Tension or anxiety is a physiological response which is again part of being human. It is normal to have such thoughts about any situation. As mentioned above, with practice, you will learn to focus and entertain only those thoughts are healthy enough to be acted upon. Whenever you feel overwhelmed by thoughts, just bring your focus back to your breath and take a few relaxing breaths. You will automatically be able to focus on the task at hand and do what is required. Whatever you feed your mind through your sense organs will be replayed to you as thoughts. Be conscious of this. Take care of the content you feed your mind - the kind of books you read, the websites you visit, the kind of music you listen to, the kind of food you eat, the kind of company you keep ( "You are an average of five people you spend most of your time with" ) Ask yourself : Where would I like to see myself ten years from now? What should I do today to reach there ten years from now? What would I do if I knew I wouldn't fail? What would I do if I weren't afraid? No matter how impossible the answers might seem, I want you to know that you can and will make them possible. Take the first step. The rest will follow. A beautiful future awaits you. Take ownership of every time, take responsibility for it and confidently work towards your dreams and aspirations. One day you will thank these dark moments for being the fuel for your success. Exercise daily and make sure you eat healthy. Have faith in yourself. You are capable of dealing with this. You are going to do just fine. Take care.
