We can’t provide you the prescription without a consultation. You should see a Psychiatrist for proper treatment and guidance. It appears that you are likely suffering from Depression. This needs further evaluation. It’s good that you are seeking help here. But yeah you should consult any psychiatrist at the earliest for treatment.
Next Steps
Visit a psychiatrist
Health Tips
Eat well Deep breathing exercises Walking ( sun exposure at least for 15-20 min in morning) Avoid caffeinated drinks

It will not be possible to provide a prescription with such little detail. But do consider visiting a Psychiatrist at the earliest. Difficulty sleeping, feeling like being by yourself, thoughts of wanting to harm yourself are usually signs of a Depression. Prompt treatment will help you get better. Take care. And remember that even though it might not seem that way right now, things do get better
