Sir. My name is nitesh. My doctor prescribed me escitalopram(10mg) and clonazepam 0.5mg at night with amisulpride for depression, anxiety and panic. I am ok. But I can not sleep more than 4 hours. I want to know that I can take etizolam in place of clonazepam. and is etizolam is safe?

I am not sure about the diagnosis as you have been prescribed amisulpiride with escitalopram and clonazepam
But, for your sleep disturbance, i would suggest that you go for a longer acting drug rather than etizolam
Etizolam is an antianxiety medicine with less sedative effect. So if you are unable to sleep with clonazepam, it is unlikely that you would be able to sleep with etizolam
Next Steps
stop clonazepam and instead take nitrazepam 5mgs at night
also, if you are taking escitalopram10 at night, shift it to morning
