Hello Doctor,
Greetings for the day.
I always fear that I am gonna die. Every Night before going to sleep I am paranoid that I won't see the beautiful morning tomorrow. I keep on googling tiniest of the symptoms be it related to any disease and I feel like I am gonna die. I am a hard working bubbly girl. I never used to feel this way before. But since last year onwards I always feel I am gonna die.
I might sound fool.
Regards Ishani

Hello Ishani,
There are a lot of questions that need to be answered- why do you feel you're going to die? Is there a reason or you just feel this without any reason ? Did someone close to guy die recently ? Are you married? If yes, then how is your relationship with your spouse? How is your mood throughout the day? Do you keep getting recurrent thoughts?
Next Steps
please see a psychiatrist or consult one online. after complete evaluation you will be started on medicines and therapy,if needed. you should be back to your old bubbly self.

Hello practo user
I can understand your concerns regarding your overall well being . It seems that you are going through some negative stressful situation which is contributing to these symptoms . It is advisable that you practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis . Try and avoid using the internet as the information is very vast and it's difficult to understand which information is reliable and accurate. Go for regular exercise and walk to clear your mind as well . Maintain a healthy lifestyle . Try and talk to your close family members and friends and engage in various activities of your choice to keep your mood uplifted . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist
