Mental stress
It almost passed 1.2 yrs my friend broke up her friendship with me. I tried my best to forget her but I cried a lot and also face mental stress and not able to do anything thing. In office I'm not able to focus on my work also. Sometimes I feel I'm worthless. And I am not able to take the proper sleep also. Please help me regarding this. I'm really frustrated.

The worth of an individual comes from within n no outside bond can hamper it. Having said that, a broken relationship does bring in emotional upheavel in life. You say its been more than an yr. i d suggest write your feelings down n what it means to you tht a relationship has ended. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
