Having severe hair loss .after the analysis of the scalp and hair doctor asked me to go for mesotherapy.even if doesn't work a lot it's fine but want to know any significant side effects ..is it safe

It is quite safe... in few patient they will experience mild adverse reactionswelling pain numbness erythema around the treated area
