Metastatic adenocarcinoma pluera
My father has been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma pleura primary possible in the lung and PDL1, EGFR, ALK-1 and ROS comes out to be negative. What should be further line of treatment?

Hi ..the therapy depends on performance status ..if tolerance is expected to be good which further depends on co-morbidities, age and general overall condition .. should go for platinum doublet chemotherapy in combination with antiVEGF therapy with bevacizumab. If tolerance is expected to be poor ..options with single agent chemotherapy/ oral TKI Alone/ best supportive care... based on clinical picture .. Please review with medical oncologist for assessment for chemotherapy tolerance and plan accordingly All the best
