Methylcobalmin Side effects
Why does methylcobalmin supplementation make me feel worse and Increases my fatigue. Pain, Brian fog, headaches, anxiety. Nervousness, tremors, and GI disturbances like stomach bloating, including. Rash, . Seems to cause more nerve damage? Pain In chest and legs. Also anger irritability and anxiety from increased methyl groups in the body. Will adenosylcobalmin or hydroxycobamin help me more ? My b-12 levels are always within 650-850 range. So I don't agree with the value as it could still be functional deficiency since the b-12 is not absorbed/ having adverse effects ? Is it too much mb-12? These effects last 3-4 days and happen with doses as little as 1000mcg. Please answer ?

Your B12 levels are normal. You probably should just stop taking it and see if you feel better. Also, excess B12 causing side effects is very very unlikely. If youre still having difficulties after stopping it, it's better to get a detailed evaluation. Anxiety, stress and depression can also cause physical symptoms in many cases.
