Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  Your description of back pain is very vague,  still I will suggest rather than pain killer you can do a stretch to kill pain. Do hamstring stretch, just get to YouTube to find how it is done.  Ice your back twice a day and hope these will settle your pain.

Just give rest and apply hot water fermentation analyse why u got the pain while lifting heavy object or so and so next time don’t try to repeat like the same
