Migrain or headache
My dad has been suffering from headache for a very long time now and has gone through various medication. He has this pain usually once a month and during that time, we can clearly see big blood veins like snake at the side of his forehead and we can even feel pulse while touching the vein. No medicine seem to have given him relieve.
So plz let me know what may be his problem according to the description that i have made and what treatment should we try?

First of all the sign of vascular veins coming can be a sign of many other issues so please get a non contrast CT brain done for your father and then approach a near by neurologist
