MILD AML PROLAPSE
My wife had Gilbert syndrome, some pain in heart left side and backside, Echo test done result below Normal LV systolic Function, EF - 56% No Regional Wall motion abnormality Mild AML Prolapse/trivial MR Trivial TR/Normal PA Pressure No Clots/Vegetation No Pericardial Effusion Doctor say take beta blockers for life time Can I take or consult further cardiologist

Yes u can, Beta blockers may be for her fast heart rate which u have not mentioned.. ecg !

You must know baseline heart rate . For MILD MVP - no major treatment is not needed. If any symptoms or faster heart rates, you may need addition of beta blockers. Ideally consult a cardiologist before any final decision.
