Yes u can, Beta blockers may be for her fast heart rate which u have not mentioned.. ecg !

You must know baseline heart rate . For MILD MVP - no major treatment is not needed. If any symptoms or faster heart rates, you may need addition of beta blockers.
Ideally consult a cardiologist before any final decision.
