My kid (3.3) is having mild autism .Any special diet for him.Also he has been prescribed DV 60K IU once in 2 weeks ..is it ok to give him such high dose ??

Some patients find relief with gluten free and casein free diet but there is no proven diet which is beneficial. Please meet a dietician for guidance. DV 60k is vitamin D in high dose. It can be given if there is vitamin d deficiency for 6 doses. A blood test can be done to check for deficiency. There are some reports that it helps in autism. Please take a second opinion from a pediatric neurologist
