Mild fever and muscle pain
Hi Suffering from feaver from last 15 days maximum 99.5 mostly at evening time between 7 to 10 pm and sometimes after 4 o clock but it is vary between 98.5 to 99.5 only I took dolo650. Two times. Some time feel heavy eyes but after eating something it is fine Did Widal test and cbc. Mild infection of esr only. Not able to understand what is the reason. What is this and what is treatment for this

Need more investigations if fever is not subsiding.. Do malaria parasite  antigenand Dengue test for NS1 antigen.. Consult online with reports
